Free workout and subscriptions
Viking 4x4 is free to download and your first full 4x4 workout is free. Unlimited workouts require an Unlimited Workouts subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the prices shown in the app for your region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore a previous purchase from the paywall's Restore Purchases link.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.
Not medical advice
Viking 4x4 provides fitness timing, guidance, and educational content. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. High-intensity interval training pushes your heart to near-maximal effort. Consult a physician before starting any high-intensity exercise program — especially if you have a heart condition, chest pain, high blood pressure, or have been sedentary. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or dizziness.
Assumption of risk
Exercise carries inherent risk. You use Viking 4x4 at your own risk and are responsible for training within your own capabilities. Heart rate readings depend on your device's sensors and may be inaccurate; never rely on the app for medical monitoring.
Intellectual property
The Viking 4x4 name, marks, app, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scientific studies cited on this site belong to their respective publishers and are linked as references. Experts and researchers referenced are not affiliated with Viking 4x4 and do not endorse it.
App Store
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and your use is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application terms.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The app and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viking 4x4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
